This page explains how to delete your Operun-AI account and the data associated with it. You can request deletion at any time.

How to delete your account from the app (fastest)

1. Open the Operun-AI app.
2. Go to Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm when prompted.

Your account is deleted immediately and the action cannot be undone.

How to request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email benny@operun.ai from the phone number or email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days (and sooner where required by law).

What gets deleted

If you are an Organization owner, deleting your account permanently deletes the entire Organization, including:

• All restaurants in the Organization
• All uploaded documents and the files behind them
• All knowledge base content (dishes, recipes, SOPs, allergen and other operational data)
• All groups and team-member accounts in the Organization
• All chat and voice conversation history
• All stored images and attachments
• Usage and billing-metric records associated with the Organization

If you are a manager or employee, deleting your account removes:

• Your user account and login
• Your personal chat and voice history
• Images and attachments you uploaded
• Your group memberships and restaurant assignments

Content you created on behalf of the Organization (for example, dishes or documents) remains with the Organization, with your authorship removed.

What we may retain

We may retain a limited amount of information where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or security purposes, and we remove or anonymize residual copies in backups on a rolling basis. See our Privacy Policy for details.

This action is permanent

Account deletion is irreversible. There is no recovery period. If you are an owner, make sure you have exported anything you need before deleting, because your whole Organization will be removed.
